This recipe is a favorite in our house and is SUPER easy. I read in Real Simple a few years ago and lost the printed recipe so I always go to the website to get it. Very few ingredients…. here is the link to the full recipe.
1 cup store-bought fresh tomato salsa, plus more for serving

2 cups chicken broth
1 to 2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
